Céline holds a doctorate in industrial organizational psychology and is a professor at HEC Montréal. As a research associate at HEC Montréal’s Centre for Research on Organizational Transformation (CETO), she conducts research on change management for implementing transformation projects as well as on individuals’ concerns in situations of organizational change. Céline is well known for the superior quality of her research and for applying her model for the stages of concern, an innovative and powerful change management tool. She is author of the best-seller Gérer le volet humain du changement (Managing the Human Component of Change) for which she received the Roger Charbonneau Award for educational book of 2005 at HEC Montréal as well as best business book of 2005 in human resources management.
