Change Management and Training Consultant
A member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec, Nicolas holds a graduate certificate in Management and has worked in consulting and change management training since 1994, particularly in the implementation of ERP packages including SAP, PeopleSoft, and JD Edwards.
Over the last few years, he has gained extensive experience in managing change and training projects for large firms including Desjardins, Molson, Domtar, Abitibi-Consolidated, Cirque du Soleil, and Bombardier Aerospace. He also spent two years conducting a seminar on change management strategy at the Computer Research Institute of Montreal (CRIM).
His principal fields of expertise lie in training needs assessment, impact analysis, task analysis, business process revision, action plan implementation, and communication. He regularly supervises development teams and managers for their transformation projects.
