Pierre Daems worked in private enterprise for 8 years and then spent 12 years at the French-Canadian strategy and management consultancy Secor, before founding Aube Conseil in 2013. He offers guidance to corporate management teams in Europe and Canada, helping them develop durable performance.
Pierre has a keen interest in overseeing corporate transformations, focusing on client experience management, managing team dynamics and performance, management leadership and strategic alignment, as well as developing and leading Corporate University and strategic forum seminars. Pierre is now a renowned expert on client-experience management issues. His work in this field has included projects for such French clients as Generali, Konica Minolta, Groupama, Abbott, SNCF, Giropharm, Axa, ING Direct and Groupe Caisse des Dépôts, and Quebec-based clients such as ACI World, the National Bank of Canada, Loto-Québec, Hydro-Québec, Sobeys and Corbeil.
