Congratulations to our client, Desjardins, for its win at the Octas Awards in the category “Business Solutions – Internal or Customized Development”. The prestigious prize was awarded by Réseau Action TI for Desjardins’ DNA Project, during a gala ceremony at Palais des congrès on June 2.
The acquisition of State Farm’s Canadian operations provides Desjardins with a distribution network to increase its market share, allowing it to offer its full range of products via a multi-channel network and meet the strong demand in the Canadian insurance market. The DNA project was a crucial component in the transaction, involving over 4,000 people and creating a major impact on the operations of over 500 agencies. More than 130,000 person-days were invested in the project.
Brio is proud to have contributed to this success story by being at the very heart of the transformation efforts that led to a seamless integration of both organizations’ operations.
“Brio succeeded in seamlessly landing a Boeing 747 right in the operations of a distribution network!” Denis Delmaire, Vice President, Integration Program Technologies, Damage Insurance.
