Sébastien is a marketing and digital specialist with experience both in marketing agencies and consulting firms, guiding the digitalization process for large companies like L’Oréal, Nestlé, McDonald’s, Axa, BNP Paribas and others. As head of marketing and data for L’Oréal France, he was responsible for the cross-functional digital transformation of the company’s 60 beauty brands, including awareness-building among the management committee and its teams, as well as the centralization and sophistication of the Media, Studies, Data, CRM, Social and Customer Care departments. Sébastien recently created a start-up called Yzr, which is developing an AI solution to measure marketing and promotional performance. He has a talent for demystifying digital concepts, using concrete examples and pragmatic front-line coaching.
